[Milsurplus] Schematic software

I use PCBExpress almost daily.
Most of the symbols that I use are custom.
I use this for reverse engineering boards and at work to document the
configuration of our TV plant.
If you need special symbols that you cannot create, I can probably help.
A properly drawn schematic can be imported into their PCB layout software.
There is some net checking to help get things right.
The schematic drafting program will auto number parts (it will also
allow you to number as you want).
You can enter a part number for the part and either display it on the
schematic or suppress it.
If you use this feature, you can generate a bill of materials to
order the parts from.
Best of all it is free.
