1936 Radio Handbook ( not the ARRL one)by Frank Jones has couple circuits for a 803 transmitter including one that's very similar to the TBW/GO transmitter. You can get the book on line for about six bucks and its invaluable for understanding the pre war mindset. I f you need it I probably can scan the schematic and send it.

I was just in process of gathering parts for a xtal osc- 803 amp but 
planned to use much less voltage on it/ If anyone has an old circuit of 
such a transmitter, I love to get a copy.
