No, or apparently not. I didn't look back to previous weeks and don't
always read the position chart but on 28 OCT the Abraham Lincoln , Harry S.
Truman and attached Strike Groups were in the Arabian Sea. The George
Washington was in the East China Sea (Strike Group not mentioned). two were in the
Pacific, one in the Atlantic, and five were Stateside. So my guess would be
that one of the first pair would move East. Information taken from most
recent Navy Times.
