[Milsurplus] BC-375/191 adjustment tool needed

Sorry... I wasn't being clear (as usual).
I didn't mean to attach tips to the wire.
I meant to bend the hard wire at right angles at the ends, 
to create the "tips" that engage the binder nut.
I don't remember how big the holes in the nuts are.
