Dave,

Where did you get the quote from?  At least as of about three weeks ago, 
the 5 item per package limit was being imposed only on First Class Mail Int'l. 
 We use Stamps.com for postage printing.  I sent a bunch of small BC-611 
parts to somewhere, Belgium I think, with a total value of around $30 so I 
didn't insist on PriMail.  And had to describe several of them as "Kit, Sling 
Attachment".  But about the same time, I shipped 10 of Susie's clothing items 
to a buyer in Spain and had no problem with entering and printing the 
postage and customs forms for all 10 individually.

As another comment, the paper long form for PriMail includes "Merchandise" 
as one of the general descriptions applying to the entire shipment but the 
on-line one does not.  I use "Other" which then asks for a description.  
That's where you would put "Used Parts", "Used Clothing", etc.
