Those buggers were alleged to have shown their ugly faces at the Madison Area
Repeater Association Hamfest in Madison a couple of years back, but I didn't
hear of anybody getting any serious hassles.

These days tho, with all sorts of state shortfalls (we've got a BEAUTY here in
Wisconsin, because business hasn't paid their fair share in years!) I 
wouldn't be
surprised if they DO start seriously working hamfests.

The past few of years they've been seriously grumbling about collecting taxes
on Internet purchases, offering an option in state tax forms to VOLUNTARILY
pay 'em.
