This is the reference I used
My only though with RFL/ARC was someone saying they
though that CBY's where contracted to ARC. Maybe newer
WWII ones ?

With B Research becoming Ballantine in 35, that would make sense
It look like the date on the ID plate is 5-18-33. If that is a date.
Toss another in Ferris ! .. loved how when he died the widow did a
21st century 'improvement' to the bottom line.
