[Milsurplus] Part ID

I came across a little green box,
its nameplate says:

Signal Corps
Terminal Box
TM-211

The contractor is CYY, and it
carries a 1944 contract date.

Little box about 2x1.5x1 inches
two ceramic insulated terminals,
one labled ANT.  Ohmmeter check shows
short to ground on both terminals, taking
off the cover shows the insides potted.

Anyone know what this is, or what set it came
from?
