[Milsurplus] ID'ing some timers?

not certain these are milsurplus or not, they do resemble mil parts somewhat, but i cannot locate any specific data indicating such.

barrel is about 2½" diameter; about 1 3/8" deep (not counting knob), both work, both the same; "MARK TIME" twice on knob center; 0 - 4½ minutes.

any ideas?
