 From someone whose country was below where the nuclear missiles were to 
be intercepted I do think Ronnie Ray-gun had a lot to do with diffusing 
things. He talked the talk & walked the walk & this was language the 
Russkies understood.

At least today's POTUS hasn't fabricated a reason to invade another country.

Trying to keep to topic - at least the cooling has created some surplus 
comm equipment and some neat underground holiday retreats. Underground 
ham shack anyone?
