Tony,

I have scanned a copy of a GE booklet on testing power tubes up to the 
4-250A.  It doesn't mention any of the 4CX-nnn types (because GE must not have 
made any of them).  But the setups would work.  I don't have anything on the 
4CX-600 but do have the 8-page spec bulletin on the RCA 8122.  If you want 
copies, let me know.

I agree with Steve that the TV-7 et al are too light weight to be useful in 
doing valid testing on these tubes.
