[Milsurplus] 4CX-600 tube tester expert

I think your amplifier is a much better test than you'll ever get with a TV-7 on a tube that size. Is it practical to add overload protection circuitry to the amp and maybe a variac to the power supply so that voltages could be brought up slowly until you had a little better confidence level of the tube under test?
