I'm always interested in using military surplus
equipment on the ham bands, including 70 MHz
when available, but while I'm a long-time member
of the ARRL, I don't think they're interested in
ham radio anymore.   Since the name change.
Maybe 70 MHz will off-load the 2-mtr band.
