Jim,

I have a hard copy reprint of the TA-12C operation and maintenance manual 
available.  $20 plus shipping.  Includes photographs and parts list.  Also 
covers the MP-28B modulator/dynamotor power supply.

I also have the mating connector available.  $30.00.  Insert is custom 
made.
