[Milsurplus] Bendix TA-12C, Need Info

A Bendix TA-12C followed me home from an estate sale this past
weekend. It looks like was sitting a garage for many
years. Unfortunately there was no power supply, but I should have
some suitable transformers for a home brew supply:

The front panel seems to be secured to the case with suitcase
fasteners. However, after loosening them, the nothing budges. Some
gentle tapping on the edge with a screwdriver and hammer in the
deceased's garage didn't help. Should any screws be removed?

Any suggestions regarding a manual or even a
schematic? http://www.vk2bv.org/museum/ta12.htm has useful
information on his web site, but the schematic resolution leaves a
lot to be desired and there is no parts list or test voltages. I'm
happy to pay for any repro charges, or could borrow the manual and
scan it using my new scanner and put it on BAMA.

An ARC-3 also followed me home. I have not taken the cover off, but
noticed the large front panel connector is missing. I'm not keeping
it - if I remember correctly Jack Antonio has my previous ARC-3's,
manuals, etc., and I have moved on to other stuff. If there's any
interest, let's talk, but someone Los Angeles area would be really
nice. I could take it to a future TRW ARC swap meet.

73's Jim
