Yeah, the manual issue sounds like the saga several years ago of the search 
for a TM on a 400 cps inverter Fair Radio sold a bunch of.  After either 
two or three of us filed FOIA requests we finally tracked down the sole 
surviving copy to (if I recall correctly) Tinker AFB.  They wouldn't copy it.  But 
if I could get on the Base (I could have) I could check it out for the day. 
 But the copy machines in the PX weren't "cleared" for copying it and I 
wouldn't have access to any machines on the Base that were.  I can't recall 
what I finally did with the inverter.
