[Milsurplus] 1942 aircraft radio installation photo

In the Navy wearing the 45 was the signal that the person wearing it had the 
guard duty.
That was true on the mine sweeper I was on, and next to Subs and PT boats 
the mine sweeper was probably the most crowded.
So, it wasn't really neede, but it was the custom.
