[Milsurplus] Need info on Dynair SKY-515

I thought the manufacturer's name might help.  I have googled and so far have come up with just about nothing, sooo anything someone has would be better than what I have which is 0.

Hi All,
I recently became the owner of one of these para-military VHF radios (108-136 MHz).  I can not find any information on the web regarding it and  could use some help on any documentation on it.  I am not even sure if it needs 12 or 24 VDC, although it kinda worked on 12 VDC, however from years ago, I seem to remember that it took 2 12v batteries to make up the needed 24v.

Well, if anyone has anything on these things, it would be great to hear from you.
