[Milsurplus] Web search on spray black wrinkle paint

VHT black crinkle paint is stocked by a car parts company called Advanced 
Auto Supply.  They cater to the backyard mechanic just like
Pepboys out west.
Eve here in rural North Carolina, it's stocked by the local AAS.  Cost is $8 
per spray can.  The last time I looked it was also for sale at their 
website.
