[Milsurplus] Web search on spray black wrinkle paint

I purchased some black wrinkle paint from Antique Radio Supply (now 
Antique Electronics Supply) about 2 or 3 years ago and it worked fine 
without baking; although baking may give a harder finish.

Krylon kry3370 *Noted Silver gray top not confirmed as black.

VHT SP201  ( requires baking at 200 Deg for 20 min.) or will not cure, 
confirmed by vendor, or paint will get sticky with age trust me I know.
