[Milsurplus] Web search on spray black wrinkle paint

I've also had bad results with modern wrinkle paint.
No matter how "nice" it wrinkles (an absolutely clean surface
is key), it never fully cures and always feels "sticky."  
I didn't know about baking it.
Wonder if hot air will do the trick?  
Putting a BC-348 cabinet in the oven would be a problem.

Never seen any wrinkle paint at WalMart.
Seen stuff that "textures," but not wrinkle.
