Re: Your message, roger that, we didn't, just said, "we need this problem resolved, here is the info we have, tell us what we need to do to straighten it out." Then assurances were received that everything was straightened out, we had done everything properly, yet the problem repeated. By then we had a royally pissed customer. In one instance it took the regional manager to meet a shipment at the problem location and walk it through the process (the next one bounced again).
Shipping problems are not limited to individuals. The system is completely messed up for everyone.
