[Milsurplus] ARC-38 chopper issues

It's a combination of the mechanical abrasion (wiping) AND voltage. Once
you open the thing, it's not going to work for long. Also overdriving the
coil, as I suggested, increases the wiping. The contacts on a chopper are
tiny (under 0.025" OD)
