[Milsurplus] Photo of aircraft radio installation

First, I have no connection with this seller.

On eBay there is a listing for a manual collection CD,  the
photo shows an AN/ARC-8 installation.  The item number is 380180973354.

My question is, does anyone recognize what kind of aircraft this is?

My initial guess, based on the general shape of the fuselage, is that
it is a C-119, just wondering if anyone knows for sure.
