[Milsurplus] V-127-A Info Request

Sounds like the VT-127A as described by Sibley.  Specs also in the  
Radio Handbook, Eleventh Ed.

The 527 also looked something like that.  Had a coaxial filament  
connection coming out of the base.  Took 5.5V at 135 amps to light it  
up.
