[Milsurplus] MV Owners' Rights Under Assault (S.O.T.)

Slightly off topic  but a bill in WI will make Military Vehicles an off road only  use item unless this alternate bill is passed. This is really  only a patch job as the alternate bill will only grant MV's the same use as antique vehicles which is greatly reduced from the current collector registration which allows for normal daily driving use except durring the month of January.

>From what I read on this it seems to be from a federal directive of some type from the D.O.T. so there may be similar bills pending in all states.
