[Milsurplus] adding LSB to PRC 74A?

One could argue that LSB on 40 and 75 is a "civilian thing" and if
you want to use military equipment you should use it as designed.  One
could also argue that if you want to use military equipment in a
non-authentic way, well it's yours to do with as you please.  Or you
can look for military equipment that will do either sideband, such as
the ARC-102 (618T) which has been used in a vehicular configuration.
