[Milsurplus] NiCad battery question -

The Group All ,
Mike, "How many cells are in the battery pack?" - There are 12 cells,
the original cells were ?kind unknown? were wired and soldered together
in series.
I fixed that silly configuration with two thin single sided pcb soldered
up with battery springs. Had to clip, shorten, the springs a bit since
24 springs made it hard to close up the battery box up. Sprayed the
interior with automotive battery terminal protector. I will go looking
for the shorted cells today.

John, "They can be rejuvenated with a current pulse, but I'd not depend
on them afterwards."
Well this is an opened some questions. What voltage setting 1.5 V or
over voltage a bit ?V should I use to blow the whiskers?
Since the batteries are rated at 3300maH Need to limit current to 3.3A
correct?

".... but I'd not depend on them afterwards." - So I assume that means
the battries would regrow whiskers?

Thanks
Hutch
