[Milsurplus] PRC-74

There were quite a few different battery boxes for this radio. The most versitile is the one with the fold out legs(I have some extra new ones). It's very simple to power up the PRC-74. No reason to modify one for LSB thats what we have groups like this one, Milpack & HFpack for.
