Right, it works marvelously.  However the same cannot be said for the
PRC-74 which is the subject of the discussion.  Not to worry though,
I've been known to mix them myself.  :-)

Anyway, I have a PRC-74B which I thought about converting but I susect
someone would prefer to have unmolested while I find another means of
doing 80 & 40m LSB.  I bought it as a working set but have never put
power to it to actually find out if it does.  Instead, it has been
sitting here gathering dust rather than doing someone some good.

I really should peddle it.  Yes, I should.
