The ARRL handbook vintage 1985 gave details on a Carborundum 50ohm resistor for a dummy RF load to handle a few hundred watts for a few minutes.--mounted in oil of course. Its part number was 889SP500K. Google bit vague on suppliers/availability. Any clues as to wher appreciated. Thanks Pete VK3IZ
