WRONG!

The Paypal commission is closer to 6%. They charge a transaction fee, then a percentage(2.75%) then there are some hidden fees dependant are where the funds come from & which type of account you have. The average is near 6%!!!!

Then I see Epay is now taking a huge fee% on the first $25.  RIPPPPP OFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
