You can get a rough idea, if you know the type of rectifiers it was
designed to go with. The rectifier drop complicates matters.

Assuming they were solid state diodes with essentially zero forward drop
and that it was used w/ a capacitor input filter of large enough value
that the ripple was small at 0.3 A DC, the 920 V is essentially the peak,
so the RMS AC would be 920 / 1.414 = 650 V RMS....  Ground to either leg.
