Not to my knowledge. Although almost all manuals include a table listing
differences between models.

No. The AC and battery operated ones were all set for Low. The DC
operated ones (aircraft) would have been set to High if the aircraft didn't carry
an ARA or ARB. Or if the receiver had to run something else like a ZB or
AN/ARR-1. For operation off of the RU or GF/RU, GP or GO they would have been
set to high. However, LM-13 is battery operated and LM-15 is AC operated.
