Have to agree with Ralph on the delivery confirmation.

Have sold and shipped many items and about 4 times, the buyer-mailed me 
and said he had not received the item.

Looked up the delivery confirmation number and found it had been 
delivered on such and such date. E-mailed the buyer that info and the 
delivery conformation number and never heard from them again.

I tend to believe that the buyers or someone in their household 
misplaced it, not that they were trying to rip me off.
