Came up with following while rental house bsmt cleaning

  "Connection kit" for RBB/C to RDU panoramic adapters.  one
  complete kit plus 2nd gray manual & cathode follower module

  SCR-522A noise limiter.  One complete kit with install
  paper.  Plus 2nd main  module but w/o bathtub cap & mount
  component.

  Probable same as above for BC-639.  Has same 12H6.  Also
  has rotary wafer switch not found on above.  There's a
  Bendix inspection tag that's big clue.  But no paper
