I could supply you with a hard copy of TM 11-250 but not with a downloadable 
one.

However, to answer your other question about FL-10, the answer is yes and no. 
 Yes if you want to also operate the receiver off of the GN-44.  No if you 
operate the receiver off of the dry battery.  Also, in order to use FL-10 (if 
you locate one) you must also have Cord CD-125 to connect FL-10 to to GN-44.  
CD-125  is the same as the generator cord coming out of the radio except has the 
4-pin male plug both ends.
