[Milsurplus] EBay to hold money 21 days!

Maybe I've just dodged this bullet, but I've been selling on eBay for a
few years and have never had any funds held for any reason. Granted, I
have 100% positive feedback so far, but I have only 12 of the start
ratings to my credit. Where can I find this notice, I've never seen it.

The key phrase here is ..."if a positive feedback was received"... .

If you don't receive PF, it is an indication to the e-Pay Robot

that something may be amiss.

 

I for one have no problem with this.
