Very much so. It is the USAAF's improved version of the Collins
auto-tune ATC transmitter. The various nomenclatures run as follows.

ATC - USN. Transmitter, made by Collins.

ATC-1 - USN. Transmitter, but IIRC, made by another outfit.

T-47/ART-13 - USN. Transmitter, same as ATC but with JAN
nomenclature.
When matched with AN/ARR-15, becomes part of
AN/ARC-25.

T-47A/ART-13 - USAAF. Improved T-47 for USAAF service (AN/ART-13A)
                          Used with BC-348 (AN/ARR-11) to make AN/ARC-8.
Most not made by Collins. Principle
improvements are:
                          (1) VFO (Dial B) vernier scale allows
frequency setting
at 1 kHz intervals all through frequency
range.
                          (2) Top lid dynamotor control power cut-off
interlock.

T-47A/ART-13 - USAAF. CDA-T oscillator unit installed to allow 20
MF/HF and
w/ CDA-T 4 LF/MF crystal-controlled channels. (Early
AN/ART-13B)

T-412/ART-13B - USAAF. Same as above, but with MF frequency extension
switch
to allow operation down to 1.67 MHz. (Later
AN/ART-13B)

17H-2 - Collins commercial model (same as T-47).

My favorite version is the T-47A/ART-13.
