[Milsurplus] Patch Cords With 5 DB Pad

I have some new old stock (FSN 5995-752-2499) Cable Assemblies consisting of what look like Two PL-55 plugs (marked PJ-047B) attached to 10-inch cloth jacketed cable with a 5 DB pad in the center. Thus, you have 20 inches of cable, and 3 inches of pad in the center. Sealed in military wraps in 1970, offered for $4.50 each plus postage.
