It's a military Hallicrafters SX-73, the R-274 which is also the military
nomenclature for the Hammarlund SP-600. The SX-73 covers exactly the same
frequency range as the SP-600, i.e. .54 to 54 MHz. It's the "second source"
contract and was considered directly interchangeable with the SP-600, hence
the same military number. The specs are the same as the SP-600, although the
circuit and the mechanics are completely different.
The CY- number shown on the site is the military nomenclature for the
original desktop cabinet. These are much more scarce than the receiver
itself.
