CW also is my favorite mode when I can at rare times get on the air. But
with the TBW you'd also still have the opportunity for that built-in
suppressor grid modulation (though at far less output than plate modulation

Except for the missing parts in the rectifier section, it sounds like you've
got a nice set.

It somewhat depends on how hard it would be to restore the unit to total
original state. If the rectifier is wrecked then any option will be about
the same, except that you may have more fun putting it on the air than
selling it for parts. I'd say go for it.
There are a good number of people on this list (but not me) who know a lot
about putting a Westinghouse TBW or GO on the air. I'm sure you can get as
much discussion about it as you'd wish.
