[Milsurplus] TBW Transmitter power-ON

Hi:
I have a NOS TBW transmitter found in a shed in North Carolina.
I'm wondering what the voltages should be to run the TBW transmitter to full 
output. I have 1.5 kvdc - 400 vdc unregulated  and filaments.  Plate supply 
can go to 300 ma continious and the 400 will go 150 ma.
Is the rig going to get going in this configuration?  Also, can I crystal 
control the 837 vfo?
