Breck,

As Al already said, the G-77/G is for use with AN/PRC-74.  It can be used 
to operate the radio or to charge the Ni-Cad battery separated from the 
radio.  G-77 is a modified G-43/G.  Same case and connector, mostly different 
guts.  The manual is Change 6 to TM 11-5122 (the G-43 manual).  Copy available. 
 The cord used with it, CX-13103/PRC-74, is similar to the one used with 
the AN/PRC-109, PL-279 on one end, 3-pin male that I haven't ID'd on the 
other.

It uses the same cranks (GC-7) and tripod stand (MT-1643/U) as the G-43.
