[Milsurplus] VHF Amplifier Spotted

I was looking at an amplifier at a hamfest in the 100-150MHz range, 200-500W, with I think AM-***/GRC or URC nomenclature, but now I can't google my way to it.  I failed to note the nomenclature because I was hopeful that it would be following me home, but was snatched from my grasp at the 11th hour.

Ring a bell for anyone?  What the nomenclature?
