[Milsurplus] Radium Paint

I have read a number of stories in the news about people in NYC who have
similarly been made radioactive getting ensnared in the subway system's
radiation detectors. Best case is several hours of police grilling,
worst was IIRC some guy who was held over the weekend. The police
completely ignore the cards patients are given from the nuclear medicine
people and will not make a call to verify, at least not until very late
in the process.
