[Milsurplus] Clear protective spray on panels?

There are clearly some hot things around, including some aircraft
instruments and radio control boxes. There are power switches where the
tip of the toggle is glass and has pink-violet power behind it which are
hot too. I even ran across a condensor lens from a projector that really
made a GC scream.

But w/ common sense, they present essentially negligable hazards. Don't
smash them up, lick them, or sleep w/ them or give them to kids.
