Those aren't real-world.  I dont' work for the "industry", so I don't have
to look away or prevent documentation.  I've seen it, found it and been in
the middle of major problems regarding it twice.  I can go into greater
details of the incidents for those interested, though it may be beyond the
scope of the list.

By the way, my comment wasn't about a lack of concern of US working with
radioactive materials, but why would the feds bother, the garbage out there
is slightly less common than soda cans in gutters.  If you have radioactive
paints\powders in\on your equipment, be damned carefull.
