[Milsurplus] FLASH Re: Logsa Problem solved

LOGSA must have changed something about two weeks ago.  Those who already had 
their browsers so set didn't notice anything.

Open your browser.  Click Tools/Internet Options/Advanced.  Scroll down to 
the bottom of Security section (sections are in Alpha order) and check the box 
for Use TLS 1.0.  Close the browser.  Restart the browser and go to 
https://www.logsa.army.mil/etms/find_etm.cfm.  Depending upon another browser setting, 
you may get a warning about LOGSA.ARMY.MIL's security certificate.  If so, click 
whatever you need to click to ignore the warning.
