[Milsurplus] 5V 30A Filament XFMR

Filament requirement for a single 4-400A is 5V at 14.5A,
ergo, this is perfect for a pair of those tubes.  It is
the same tranformer I used to build the W6SAI-designed
amp back in 1967.
